Application for Membership in the Pennsylvania Live Steamers
Levels of Membership
There are currently two levels of membership in the Pennsylvania Live
Steamers:

- Type into and print or simply print Application form and one of two applicable releases
(adult or minor)
- Return the completed paperwork with fees
General Considerations
Associate memberships are encouraged and welcome. Though there
is no work requirement for Associate members, your participation on work days (Saturdays
and Wednesdays) as well as listed events is surely welcomed. Associate members may be
permitted to own rolling stock. However if you own or acquire an operating locomotive,
you must apply for Regular Membership.
Regular members must undergo a one-year probationary period, work on at least 15
occasions at not less than 3 hours each, and pay a one-time $50.00 initiation fee. If
you reside outside of the 50 mile radius from the PLS Club site but reside within the
state of Pennsylvania, you are exempt from the work requirement.
